– Creating engaging training support media and creative scenarios that facilitate the modernisation strategy for the Royal Navy: This includes spatial augmented reality, immersive environments, training simulations, virtual reality, film, animation, 3D design and digital fabrication, photography, and graphic design.

– Product design: Designing media training design solutions directly with client SMEs to modernise training delivery methods to improve learner experience, learning retention, and efficiency of the training solution. Offering Both conceptual and practical technical knowledge.

– Offering extensive specialist creative, digital, and technical knowledge to the organisation.

– Light Festival Specialist Event Support: Providing specialist, technical and contextual projection mapping support, educational lectures and workshops as academic support to university partners to assist and facilitate student delivery and learning opportunities within the festival. Support emerging artists to upskill and cultivate developing new practices. I also exhibited my own spatial augmented reality work within the festival.

– Inhouse Business Support: Providing media provisions within the organisation ranging from; animation, film and graphic design for promotional, pitch and bid support, to educational and training materials for HR. I was also responsible for digitising the organisation for the COVID-19 adaptation strategy. Bringing a solution for delivering the business’s offers online and digitally without disruption of service and retaining connections with the hundreds of the organisation’s stakeholders. This included the addition of a broadcast/streaming service offer and remote working capabilities.

– Digital Sector Facilitation: Delivery of Digital Sector specialism on Game Changer project. This included working with and cultivating B2B relationships within the digital industry and creating economic and academic opportunities. I was also responsible for working with and mentoring 16 – 25-year-olds in gaining digital skill sets to maximise their employability, create pathways to their career progression and break into industry within their chosen vocation. I was also responsible for the safeguarding of my cohorts.
